What is your motivation?? Everyone needs to stay motivated to reach our goals! I always set an ultimate goal and inside of that I set smaller goals! Set daily, weekly, and monthly goals so you stay motivated and on the right track! For example: My ultimate goal is to loose 75lbs by May! I need to set smaller goals to be able to reach my ultimate goal! I will set a goal for tomorrow: Stay at 1200 calories and plan my workout.
